As a provide of professional services, YBP is registered by the National Board of Accountants and Auditors (NBAA), an independent regulatory and membership body for the accountancy profession in the United Republic of Tanzania with registration number PF480.
To comply with laws administering and regulating business in Tanzania, YBP is registered with Business Registrations and Licensing Agency (BRELA) with registration number 566516, in
accordance with the provisions of the Business Names (Registration) Act of 2007.
Moreover, YBP is licensed with license number BL01396912023-2400031779, issued under the Business
Licensing Act, to provide professional services as described under Our Services section.
Additionally, YBP is registered with Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA) and has been assigned Tax Identification Number (TIN) 172-706-142 and Value Added Tax (VAT) Registration Number VRN 40-315577-O, in compliance with the relevant tax laws and regulations of Tanzania
